Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing this website or engaging the services of Great Falls Concrete ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who submits a request for services.
Great Falls Concrete provides concrete contractor services in Great Falls, MT and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, stamped concrete, and related concrete services. All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed professionals.
All estimates provided by Great Falls Concrete are free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the project scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract before any work begins.
Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes after the initial estimate, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the project, or if material costs change significantly between estimate and start date. We will notify you of any material pricing changes before proceeding. You have the right to decline additional work if the scope or price changes.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit have been received. We will provide a confirmed start date and keep you informed of any changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled start may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme cold, rain, or high winds that would compromise the quality of concrete work. We will notify you promptly and reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
Payment terms are outlined in your written contract. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal channels. The client is responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, incurred to recover unpaid amounts.
You agree to:
We stand behind our work. If a defect in workmanship is identified within one year of project completion, we will assess the issue and correct it at no additional cost to you, provided the defect is not caused by factors outside our control.
Factors that are outside our control and are not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to:
Material warranties, if any, are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier and will be passed through to you to the extent permitted.
Where required by the City of Great Falls or other applicable authority, we will obtain the necessary permits before work begins. Permit fees, when applicable, will be included in your written estimate or invoiced separately. You agree to cooperate with any required inspections. Work not covered by a required permit, where one was waived at your written request, becomes your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Falls Concrete's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or damage to property not directly involved in the contracted work, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
